Vinyasa/ Flow is a sequence of asanas or poses usually centered around the Surya Namaskar (sun salutation) and linked to the rhythm of the breath. These classes may be slower o faster paced depending on the instructor, but they have in common consistent timing and movement of the body and the breath.
Deep Stretch is a sequence of asanas held for an extended period of time. Emphasis is placed on alignment and deepening and relaxation. Excellent for beginners and those lacking flexibility.
