Katrina was born and raised in San Francisco, California. Katrina has always been passionate about health and fitness. She is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher in Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Catholic University of America, where she played NCAA Division III volleyball. Katrina is an avid half-marathon runner and yoga practitioner. She enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants and cuisines, and exploring the outdoors. Katrina is constantly challenging herself with new fitness goals. She hopes to encourage and motivate others to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Katrina believes that happiness can be achieved through yoga, healthy habits, and fitness.
